At Spartan Paving Systems, we take pride in delivering high-quality products designed to perform. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged due to incorrect use or application

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
